Staff Evaluation Procedures
Educator Effectiveness
The Wiley School District RE-13JT evaluates the performance levels of all teaching and administrative staff using the Colorado State Model Evaluation System. Wiley educators will be evaluated on measures of student learning/outcomes as well as their demonstrated performance against the Colorado Educator Quality Standards, including the ability to attain positive outcomes for the students they teach.
Wiley School District is meeting all of the required elements of a local evaluation system with the use of the State Model of Evaluation, an example of which can be found at the Colorado Department of Education Educator Effectiveness website (here).
