
2025-2026 Universal Preschool Registration Open:
Wiley Preschool is now accepting UPK application for the 25-26 school year. We will be hosting an enrollment day on January 24th from 8:00 am-2:00 pm. We are happy to bring the following presentation to our community. Working with the Lamar Area Hospice Good Grief Program and Judi’s House/JAG Institute, Emily Napier, LCSW, will present a program on dealing with grief at all levels via Zoom on Tuesday, January 14th. The presentation will focus on how adults can help themselves and others when facing loss and grief.

Elementary Movie Day:
All preschool and elementary students will be attending a movie at the Eads Movie Theater on Tuesday, December 17th. The movie that will be shown is "The Best Christmas Pageant Ever."


Elementary Middle of the Year Testing Day:
Please see flyer for additional information. Elementary students will not have school on Monday, December 16th. Please plan to attend with your child during their testing time.


Come out and support our High School Cheer team as they head to the State competition tomorrow at 11:00 AM!

We have been having a great time with Craig Conrad, The Unstoppable Man, and the "Unstoppable You" message this week. Both the Secondary and Elementary Schools have received great messages. Tomorrow is Mr. Conrad's last day in town; he will deliver an exciting message to our community and families. Be sure to bring your students; it will be a different presentation from what they heard during school. The secondary open house will start at 4:00 pm, the FBLA will sell hot chocolate at 4:30 pm, the elementary chili dinner will begin at 4:30 pm, and the community presentation will be held at 6:00 pm in the gym.





CHEER does it again! Great job at the Holly Cheer Competition.
Next week they take their routine to the State Competition, where they will hit the mat at 3:37 PM Friday, December 13th.

Craig is a past high school teacher and lives in Colorado. Craig's time at Wiley will include five separate programs.
Wednesday 12/4/24: Secondary Student Presentation 9:00 am; Secondary Small Group Presentation 1:00 pm
Thursday 2/5/24: Elementary Presentation 10:00 am
Friday Morning 12/6/24: School Faculty Presentation Friday Evening 12/6/24: Community Presentation at 6:00 pm
Parents are welcome to attend the secondary and elementary presentations–be sure to check in at the front office. The community presentation is designed for you and your students. We are hoping to fill the gym for the Friday Community Presentation. Special
Note on Friday Community Night: We want to get as much community involvement as possible. Secondary will hold an open house at 4:00 p.m., and Elementary will serve a chili dinner at 4:30 p.m. (please see the attached flyer). Topics will include bullying, self-esteem, self-motivation, making good decisions, supporting students, and more. His presentations are incredibly engaging and impactful. Each presentation is unique and different. Students will benefit from attending both the community night and the school-time presentations.
